In view of the forecast of drizzle and heavy winds from 11.30 onwards we did well to get a ride in to Holne this morning. Leo, our friendly dog at Scoriton, surprised us all by being outside as we rode past, so we just had to stop to give him some attention.

We had an enjoyable stop at the café, chatting with some friends that happened to be there, then set off for a very blustery return via Hembury Woods.
